Inspired by the ahven (European perch), Finland's most common catch, found in lakes from south to north. Striped, resilient, and a familiar part of Finnish summers.
For everyone who has felt that first gentle tug on the line at dawn and remembered why summer is what it is.
For yourself, and as a gift for anyone who loves Finnish summers by the lake.
