Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made at tarinapala.com. We currently sell to customers in Finland and across the European Union.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the online store by adding items to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout. An order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the customer.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€).

Tarinapala is currently not VAT-registered under Finland's small-business VAT threshold, therefore VAT is not added to product prices. If VAT registration becomes applicable in the future, prices will be updated accordingly.

Payment Methods

Payment is collected at the time of ordering. Available payment methods may include Finnish online banking, debit/credit cards, MobilePay, and other local payment options offered through our payment service provider.

Paytrail Plc acts as the payment collecting service provider and authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient on your bank or card statement and forwards the payment to us. For questions about your order, please contact Tarinapala directly.

Shipping and Returns
