Scope
These terms apply to purchases made at tarinapala.com. We currently sell to customers in Finland. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Ordering
Products are ordered online at tarinapala.com. After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email with the products, prices and delivery costs. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euros. Prices do not include VAT. Tarinapala is not VAT-registered while our annual turnover remains below Finland’s small-business VAT threshold of €20,000. No VAT is added to your order. If we register for VAT, VAT will apply to future orders and prices will be updated accordingly.
Payment Methods and Payment Service Provider
Products and shipping are paid at the time of ordering. Payment options may include Finnish online banks, cards, MobilePay and other local methods available via our payment partner.
Paytrail Plc acts as the collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient on your bank or card statement and forwards the payment to us. For questions about your order, please contact Tarinapala.

Shipping in Finland
We pack your order in Tampere, Finland, and ship with Posti. You will see all options and fees at checkout.
- Posti Economy Letter (no tracking)
• Price: €3
• Delivery time: usually 4–5 business days
• Details: mailed on weekdays. According to Posti, 97% of letters arrive by the fifth weekday. Best for small, flat items like enamel pins. - Posti Small Parcel (with tracking)
• Price: €6.90
• Delivery time: up to 5 business days
• Details: tracked delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Posti and can vary during busy seasons or due to service disruptions.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers, 14 days)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, including pickup from a Posti location. To exercise this right, send a written notice by email within 14 days to hello@tarinapala.com. You must return the goods within 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
You may handle the product to check its nature and functioning as you would in a store. If the product has been used beyond that, we may deduct an amount for diminished value from the refund. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is paid by the customer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you provide proof of return.

How to Return
- Email hello@tarinapala.com to notify your return or withdrawal.
- Pack the item securely. Include your order number or receipt.

Please keep your proof of return until your refund is completed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on the payment method and your bank, it can take up to a few weeks for the refund to be fully completed. We do not issue refunds by alternative methods such as bank transfer.
Uncollected Parcels
Not collecting a parcel is not a withdrawal. If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier’s storage time, we may charge a €10 handling fee and any direct return shipping charged by the carrier. If you wish to cancel under the 14-day withdrawal right, please send a withdrawal notice and return the goods accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your purchase is faulty or damaged, contact hello@tarinapala.com with your order details and a clear photo. We will assess the case quickly and, if confirmed, replace the item or refund the full amount including delivery costs.
Minimum Age
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18, a guardian’s consent is required. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Changes to Terms and Prices
We may update prices, shipping fees and these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
Governing Law and Disputes
Finnish law applies. Consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, if needed, the Consumer Disputes Board. For cross-border assistance in the EU, please refer to the European Consumer Centre network.
