We currently sell to customers in Finland. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.<\/p>\n<h4>Ordering<\/h4>\n<p>Products are ordered online at tarinapala.com. After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email with the products, prices and delivery costs. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.<\/p>\n<h4>Prices and VAT<\/h4>\n<p>Prices are shown in euros. Prices do not include VAT. Tarinapala is not VAT-registered while our annual turnover remains below Finland\u2019s small-business VAT threshold of \u20ac20,000. No VAT is added to your order. If we register for VAT, VAT will apply to future orders and prices will be updated accordingly.<\/p>\n<h4>Payment Methods<\/h4>\n<p>Products and shipping are paid at the time of ordering. Payment options may include Finnish online banks, cards, MobilePay and other local methods available via our payment partner.<\/p>\n<p>Paytrail Plc acts as the collecting payment service provider and an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient on your bank or card statement and forwards the payment to us. According to Posti, 97% of letters arrive by the fifth weekday. Best for small, flat items like enamel pins.<\/li>\n<li>Posti Small Parcel (with tracking)<br \/>\u2022 Price: \u20ac6.90<br \/>\u2022 Delivery time: up to 5 business days<br \/>\u2022 Details: tracked delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Posti and can vary during busy seasons or due to service disruptions. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered or picked up at the agreed location.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Right of Withdrawal (Consumers, 14 days)<\/h4>\n<p>Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received, including pickup from a Posti location. To exercise this right, send a written notice by email within 14 days to <a href=\"mailto:hello@tarinapala.com\">hello@tarinapala.com<\/a>. You must return the goods within 14 days after your withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n<p>You may handle the product to check its nature and functioning as you would in a store. If the product has been used beyond that, we may deduct an amount for diminished value from the refund. Return postage is always paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Depending on the payment method and your bank, it can take up to a few weeks for the refund to be fully completed.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds do not cover the cost of return shipping, which must be paid by the customer.<br \/>If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will refund the full amount including the original delivery costs and cover the return shipping.<\/p>\n<h4>Uncollected Parcels<\/h4>\n<p>Not collecting a parcel is not a withdrawal. If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier\u2019s storage time, we may charge a \u20ac10 handling fee and any direct return shipping charged by the carrier. If you wish to cancel under the 14-day withdrawal right, please send a withdrawal notice and return the goods accordingly.<\/p>\n<h4>Faulty or Damaged Products<\/h4>\n<p>If your purchase is faulty or damaged, contact <a href=\"mailto:hello@tarinapala.com\">hello@tarinapala.com<\/a> with your order details and a clear photo. We will assess the case quickly and, if confirmed, replace the item or refund the full amount including delivery costs.<\/p>\n<h4>Minimum Age<\/h4>\n<p>You must be 18 years or older to place an order. If you are under 18, a guardian\u2019s consent is required. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.<\/p>\n<h4>Changes to Terms and Prices<\/h4>\n<p>We may update prices, shipping fees and these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.<\/p>\n<h4>Governing Law and Disputes<\/h4>\n<p>Finnish law applies.
