A little piece of my story

Hello, I’m Giuliana, a Colombian who has been living in Finland for the past few years.

Some things in my new Finnish life have been love at first sight: grilling sausages in the forest, discovering new kinds of mushrooms each year, the sauna and avanto (winter swimming)… and of course, Petri, my Finnish husband. Not everything is simple (learning the language is still a work in progress!), but so many things have felt natural to love and connect with from the very beginning.

I started Tarinapala to celebrate the little and simple things that matter: nature, culture, and food. Every pin is designed with care and inspired by life here: chanterelle hunts, forest walks, sauna rituals, and those quiet moments that say a lot without words.

Based in Tampere, each design is personal. I believe in thoughtful gifts, small details, and stories you can wear.

Tarinapala means “a piece of story” in Finnish. That’s exactly how I want it to feel: simple, joyful, and meaningful.
